I would like to cordially invite you to attend and join us on this evening of art and music
We are proud to announce OCTOBER 23rd as the date for the highly anticipated second instalment of Rock Renaissance at Home House
As you know, Rock Renaissance brings established and upcoming artists (painters, sculptors, photographers) together with up coming and established musicians for special one-off events. These events aim to showcase a fusion of both elements to create a unique sensory experience for the lucky few who are invited to attend.
The concept launched in March – featuring the photography of legendary rock photo-journalist Joe Bangay alongside live acoustic performances from The Kooks, The Mystery Jets, Frank Turner, The Neon Empire and Jay Jay Pistolet.
RockRen continues from strength to strength next Friday – exhibiting the work of renowned NY-based urban landscape artist – Phil Stein.
There will be LIVE acoustic performances from:
Pete Doherty
Kristian Marr
The Neon Empire
The Screaming Lights
Rubber Kiss Goodbye
– followed promptly by a DJ set from supermodel Ben Grimes and DJ Kid Cola.
As if that wasn’t enough – there will be a short introduction from Jon Moss of Culture Club and a live portraiture by Grant Kennedy.
Rock Ren has teamed up with the UK’s largest independent music therapy charity – Nordoff-Robbins (www.nordoff-robbins.org.uk) and will donate funds raised from the event to this amazing cause.
